time really flies when one’s busy… ok this time is no excuse.:) anyway.. it has been a fruitful few weeks for me but at the same time exhausting! whew..

i’m sure alot of people out there already know that i’ll be acting in this musical called Beauty World. Seriously, i didn’t realised how fun and enlightening it is act in a musical like this. To work with ppl like Dick Lee, Ivan Heng, Michael Chiang, Irene Ang, and all the rest of the stage actors.. the experience is just humbling to me. Snap! and all these veteran actors can just like jump right into character and act right away! hah. amazing! another obstacle i faced was singing. yes yes.. though i’m a singer but this is different. pop singing and musical singing are worlds apart. well.. catch me and the rest of the cast at esplanade in Jan next year and i’m sure you’ll love it! cos i’ve already fallen for acting… hahaha..

well.. i’m looking forward to the album release and hope you guys will support it!

looking at my schedule for the next few months scares me man.. packed like sardines. i can seriously imagine the mount of sleep i’m gonna get.

oh yeah by the way, President’s Star Charity is coming up. just went for rehearsals yest and the item is real cute.. well.. you ppl are gonna laugh your ass off. i did at rehearsals…

yeap… Amber is the name of my little pom.. but alas.. went down to the farm but we are not able to bring her home cos she’s not feelin well. so we decided to let them take care and observe her for a few more days then i’ll go down to collect her maybe on thurs or fri.. anyway it’s ok so we’ve bought all the neccesities for amber first. wow… just the neccesities alone already amounted up to 200 plus bucks.. heh.. not cheap for a start leh.. seriously.. having a pup really will take up alot of my time but i’m cool with it! so make sure if anyone of you wanna consider buying a dog first, make sure you have a good discussion with your family before making any decision.. :)

these are the great, relaxing activites i like to do in my free time. how ’bout when i’m not relaxing and free? RECORDING of course!!! HEHEH.. i’ve started recording and the process was great! though tiring, i’ve learnt that it’s really not easy doing just one song! you can’t imagine the amount of work that goes into the song.. but i’m proud of it! i’ve got to know the song producers like kenn, keith and they’re really great people with great talent. enjoyed working with you guys! this coming week, gonna record a duet with sin huey.. hope everything turns out well!

yup! yup! i’m really happy… well..cos i’ve started on my album! i guess these is one of the things i have really looked forward to for quite a long time.. just came back from mediacorp and was trying to record a drama theme song.. but it kinda went wrong cos i couldn’t get the feel of what the producers want. so… i gotta go back again! PERSEVERE! almost there!

yeah anyway, i’ll just tell you wat happened for the week. i went to Ngee Ann Poly last fri for the filming of Hey Gorgeous! and it was really great fun! plus the fact i was teamed with Dasmond Koh! thanks bro! i’ve learnt alot from ya! so we actually went ard almost the whole campus to look for beautiful and pretty girls.. hmmm. haha! and yup we found them. Fiona and Ben were the other team looking for hunks. They are really not bad as you can see in dasmond’s blog. well.. to catch more of it, look out for the programme starting next month. cos i’m in the first episode! heh.. almost there!

yesterday, i made a trip down to the other side of Singapore.. to the pet farms.. woo hoo! getting a dog very very soon! i really liked a dog(pomeranian) i saw! it’s only 3 months old and i’m almost certain in bringing her home! well.. some people may think that a guy should go for big dogs but i dun agree.. firstly, i tink it will depend on the size of your house and also your family’s preference. my mum and sis definitely prefers small toy doggies. like this one! so hopefully by next week, there be an additional member to my family! almost there!

a brand new week, a whole new start!

here i am again.. just had a soccer friendly match just now and it was phew.. good.. for exercise. hmm.. rem i had an injury not long ago? but luckilky i recovered really quite fast. so thank you to all the concern you ppl out there who have shown care concern.

by the way.. i’ll be playing a charity soccer match this wednesday at Jalan Besar Stadium at 630pm.. a match where singapore celebrities will pit against the hongkong celebrities whom my mom idolize! ha! she likes Simon Yam! he’s really a suave guy! hahaha!! yup anyone interested to go watch us pls feel free! and yeah the tickets is $10 and the proceedings will of course go to charity. hope i dun break a leg this time! heh..

yesterday.. i mean two days ago was the SPD charity show on channel 8! firstly i gotta apologize for not being able to get tickets for those who wanted to go.. so hope you enjoyed it in the comfort of your own homes! i saw the newspapers article today saying that our item didn’t raise too many votes.. kinda sad but it’s ok as long we know we did our part. in the process of rehearsing and stuff i got to know quite a few celebrities better. for instance like elvin ng, nat ho, chen tianwen da ge, darren lim, pornsak,ben yeo, lee teng.. they’re really nice ppl to hang out with in fact.. thanks for fun guys! oh and also our dance teacher michael! i  tink i gotta start learning some of your moves man..

one more good news is that i’m starting to record my album! woo hoo! sorry for the wait and i’ll do my best for the album. i’m really excited though… which means i’m gonna be busy with this album and also my play “beauty world!” looking forward to it! talking abt this, i was chatting with elvin,nat, teng, n the rest.. we’re like thinking there should be some ‘ou xiang ju’ where we can all act together! i mean tat’ll be great fun man! like the taiwanese or korean teen drama serials! cool.. yup.. maybe soon.. maybe soon. then they were saying i’ll definitely get the role of a baddie! ok do i really look like a bad boy?!! i’m a good boy can! hahahaha!!!

let me explain, sometimes i feel i have no connection or affinity or watsoever with my com. i mean watever com i have. for the past few weeks i’ve been tryin to get my pics from my hp/camera to com but no! doesn’t wanna recognise the device. ok fine.. “tmr then..” tat’s why tmr, tmr becomes two weeks. heh.

 
ok i’ve was waiting for my parents in the car for dinner. really nothing to do. ha.

i did alot of things for the past few weeks. i was really really busy recently. ha. being busy is a good thing i guess! hmmm.. yeah i’ve planted some trees, do a small part for the environment! yeah you got it the youth eco concert! for those who went, thank you! and hope you’ve enjoyed the concert!!! there were quite a number of stars there. like Hady, Jonathan, Felicia, Diya, some of the campus superstars, and also the present campus superstar contestants.. tat reminds me of the past road shows i used to go.. and seriously, kids will always be kids. they are so hyper, running here and there and here again. i guess i was worse back then. hah!

ok.. we went to a nice restaurant at taka for steak. a japanese steak house and the beef was just stupendous. enuff said. basically the whole night we’re talking about getting a dog! woo hoo! my wish is coming true! actually since i was ard 17, i always wanted a dog and i almost got a shih tzu ard tat age but luckily i didn’t. cos i came to realize tat having a dog requires alot of care and attention. i guess i wasn’t ready at tat time. but now! i am!! my family and i did our homework first and we went to pet farms at pasir ris to see the various breeds! the dog i wanted to have is a POM! cute! but sadly, we haven’t gotten it yet, still searching ard.. heh.

Then few days ago, i went for Giant Star recording and performed some songs.. it’s a one day show. i tink it’s the 2nd time Giant is holding this competition or so called pageant. yup. coming to the tvs near you..

 Sunday was the photoshoot for HYPER mag. i heard it is a magazine circulated to all sec 4 students. ok cool. oh yeah it will feature  Paul Twohill and Renfred as well.. wat’s the similarities between us? you will know it soon.

 in the meantime, i’m going to sleep. *yawn*  

just came back from a session. A SESSION OF TORTURE! yeah.. i got my hamstring injured last week in a rigorous game of soccer. well. boys are all like that. most boys i guess. didn’t really warmed up my muscles. tat’s why.

 So today my mum and dad brought me down to a chinese physician for some good ol rub and drub. OUCH!

my mum and i had to wait for some time b4 goin in. hah.. and the physician made me lose my pants immediately. ha.  before i know it….

hai.. tortured, tortured and tortured for a good 40 mins. great. besides the traditional hand only massage, the physician used some kinda chopsticks in a bunch and slapped my injury repeatedly. my god. SENSATIONAL! my tears nearly rolled out..

Diya and i were recording a song at mediacorp yest and yup. it was fun once again. it’s the theme song for the upcoming charity show for the Singapore Physically Disabled. The song was previously sung by dong li huo che. Living up to their rock reputation. ha.. so this time diya and i infused our own style into this song and yeah. we’ll get to hear it pretty soon on tv!

hmm… i just came back from orchard rd… and town is really boring on weekdays.. haha. went to watch Fantastic 4. i had to say not bad. worth my $7 at least. heh… and guess wat.. hah! i took a bus for the first time in almost half a year! i was at city hall then i wanted to head to orchard. well.. i decided to take a bus instead.. so yeah bus 36! feels good! gonna take again sometime.. may be the mrt next time.. ha

last week was pretty interesting… last mon i went down to campus superstar recording. and i was really impressed by the contestants.. most of them can sing really well.. young and promising and they were really cute while they performed.

The next day… i went for a song recording. i met the composer for most tv dramas in mediacorp, Benny Wong. At first he seemed like a stern guy with his sturdy and muscular physique. but i found out that he’s a very amicable guy. great to talk and i’ve learnt alot from him.. hah..
